Andrew started with Executive Glass after graduating from the University of Connecticut. He learned the glass trade in the field, installing first before becoming one of our most valued project managers. Andrew’s expertise is in estimating, project management, interior fit-outs, low-rise storefront and curtainwalls systems.

Vice President
Matt started in the glass business in 2000, after attending Old Dominion University. His first job in the glass business was as an installer, then as a draftsman, then onto project management. Matt started with Executive Glass in 2006 as a project manager.

Steve started in the construction industry in 1999, after graduating from Northern Virginia Community College in Construction Management Technology A.A.S. & Architecture Technology A.A.S. Steve started with Executive Glass in 2014 as a project manager with a Certified PTI Level 1 Bonded and Un-bonded Field Specialist.

Bradley Phillips
Project Manager
Bradley has worked in the glass industry since 2002. He began his career in the industry with glass fabrication and installation which lead him to becoming a Certified Glass Installer with the National Glass Association in 2009 as well as a crew trainer/manager. Bradley then worked his way into the office as a lead estimator and later moved on to project management.
Bradley started with Executive Glass in 2016 as a project manager specializing in interior buildouts, storefront, and curtain wall systems.

Eddie Sumbry
Project Manager
Eddie Sumbry has been in the construction industry since graduating from Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s in Building Construction in 2008. He started in the glazing industry in 2011 as an assistant project manager and then worked his way to project manager where he oversaw the completion of mid-sized to large projects in the D.C. Metro area, specializing in storefront, curtain wall, and interior build-outs.
Other certifications include LEED AP BD+C and OSHA 30 Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training.

Christian Routhier
Project Manager
Christian joined the construction labor force immediately after graduating from Stonewall Jackson High School while continuing to study Architectural Design and Construction Management Technology at Northern Virginia Community College.
In 2002, Christian moved to West Palm Beach, FL to plant himself in the construction industry where he found the opportunity to enter the glazing industry in 2004 as an estimator. He continued to advance his expertise in the glazing industry as an estimator until 2008, when Christian decided it was time to return to his hometown and continue his career as a Project Manager.
Christian joined Executive Glass in 2017 with almost 13 years of experience covering almost every aspect of the glazing industry.
